November/December 2015 Lite Challenge Results
The challenge this month was 'Map Somewhere You've Been'. Guilders were asked to create a map of a real world location that they'd visited.
Our entries ranged from locations as diverse as the Scottish Highlands to Italy to Antarctica, and every map was in a different style to the others.
We'd like to offer our warmest congratulations to icemaneli186, a first time entrant to the challenges, and now the bearer of a shiny silver compass! The winning map features the town of Charleston in New Zealand, and was created in the style of a coastal chart.

December/January Lite Challenge
The New Lite Challenge has been announced and it's very topical this month. Bogie says "A Mapping Force Awakens, Make a map of anything you want that is related to Star Wars." Lets see some Jedi mapping skills from Guilders.
You can read more about it and create your threads in the Lite Challenge folder.
Other Challenge News
The regular challenge, running for two months instead of the usual one, is 'Commission a Guilder'. Participation has picked up and we're seeing some amazing WIPs from entrants. If you haven't checked in recently, there are some 'must view' pieces of art. View all entries and maps in the Regular Challenge folder.
Voting is still ongoing in the Annual Challenge, though there seems to be a clear favourite! If you haven't voted yet, there's still time so go check out the entries.
Finally, we're still looking for an award badge to present to the winner of the Annual Challenge. We've had some excellent submissions already, but if you'd like to enter your idea, you still have over a week to do so. This thread will close a few days before the end of December, and there will be a poll to vote for your favourite. More info here.
