This month's Lite Challenge was 'Map a Tomb', with 'tomb' referring to any final resting place, such as a cemetery, crypt, catacombs etc.
We had a very positive response this month with many Guilders signing up. A few didn't finish in time. A couple never quite got started! In the end, ten maps went to the vote and the winner, with almost twice the votes of the 2nd placed map, was Glasgow Necropolis by ChickPea. ChickPea wins her third silver compass, so no more Lite Challenges for her! You can view the WIP thread here.
Honourable mention to the runner up, Troedel, with his entry "The Tomb of Sir Malcil".
Well done to everyone who participated.
The newest Lite Challenge has been announced, and the theme for February/March is 'Map a railway'. Bogie says...
Participants map a fictional railway route or network. Like our river challenge, make any kind of map you want, from futuristic to post-apocalyptic, from steampunk-themed to underground, from regional to pan-continental; but the focus must be upon the railway(s).
The idea for this challenge came from Corilliant, so thanks for putting forward the suggestion. More info on participation rules in the Lite Challenge thread.
So let's go lay down some tracks!
