Welcome!
The Cartographers’ Guild is a forum created by and for map makers and aficionados, a place where every aspect of cartography can be admired, examined, learned, and discussed. Our membership consists of professional designers and artists, hobbyists, and amateurs—all are welcome to join and participate in the quest for cartographic skill and knowledge.
Although we specialize in maps of fictional realms, as commonly used in both novels and games (both tabletop and role-playing), many Guild members are also proficient in historical and contemporary maps. Likewise, we specialize in computer-assisted cartography (such as with GIMP, Adobe apps, Campaign Cartographer, Dundjinni, etc.), although many members here also have interest in maps drafted by hand.

Thanks for the Rep and Vote! AC's map is great also. He keeps saying he wants me to win, but I want us to tie! LOL

Thanks for the rep.
My pleasure. I thought it was a great entry (one of my top 4 for the month). I liked that there were multiple different views of the prison, from the ground level floor plans down to the individual units. The color differentiation was nice as well. Good job. Cheers, -Arsheesh
Thanks for the challenge vote!
Hi, I spotted your post to Seraphine-Harmonium when I messaged her. Sorry if I confused your table for a frame. To me it looked like one of those old art frames that are a wide, carved, wood border. I still think the map looks better with the narrower border or frame that you used in the final post. Either way it's a great map.
Thanks for the rep
