Glynn has been interested in tabletop gaming (RPG, miniature, card and battle) since he was about 12 - that's 30 years. he has always appreciated the artwork and maps provided in the gaming books he poured over as he grew up and they inspired him - artists such as Larry Elmore, Jeff Easley, Tony DiTerlizzi to name a few, were formative artistic role models.
Model-making is also an occasional passion, and he can also be found painting miniatures and making scenery in his spare time.
He started his working career as a Draughtsman, then Design Draughtsman and has taken roles as Contract Manager, Project Engineer and Senior Project Engineer all within the engineering/electrical industry. Design, Schematics, Site Plans, Visuals, Maps for Building Systems Software, 2D CAD, and 3D has been the bread and butter of his working life, and those practices integrate beautifully with making maps, something that takes him back to the intrigued mind of that 12 year old boy.
