Question Im not a pirate unless you mean One Piece

So I know that Gimp is considered the best software when you need something like photoshop, but for free. However, Photoshop is the better software, but it costs . Would anyone know many ways to get a copy of Photoshops without having to pay. Yes I do know what I'm asking but you never win if you never try.

Without pirating it I can think of a couple of ways. For one thing you might put a balaclava over your head and go into a shop and demand that they give you a new copy. That option is probably best in terms of being the simplest plan, but could have some negative consequences. The more tricky way is to find somebody who has a copy that wants to give it away and then you present yourself as a person who would take it off their hands. Personally I have not found this to be an easy thing to do tho but as you say you don't win if you don't try.

As I understand it these days, Photoshop is or has become a subscription product in which case both of the above suggestions are not much good to you anyway.

Despite Gimp being quite tricky to learn - but no more difficult than Photoshop - I would say just legally download a copy and get to work with it.

Photoshop is probably better software but not by that much. If you were an absolute whizz with Gimp and then said that you had outgrown it then perhaps you might have a point. But if your new to both then I would think you could go a long way before you would find much difference.

Or try Krita, I know it’s subjective but I personally find it much better than Gimp for free drawing software.

Step one: Get balaclava, Step Two: go to the photoshop store, Strep three: stick up the place. Could you imagine actually being robbed for a piece of software? lol

A friend of mine worked at Best Buy about a dozen years ago and they were actually robbed multiple times for software. Photoshop and Word were some of the most targeted.
