Users of our free add-in symbol sets send us one or two support requests weekly for help with toolbars that have lost all of their symbols in CC3+. This problem can affect not only the toolbars for our add-ins but also for ProFantasy's own add-ins such as Dungeon Designer 3 and City Designer 3. The solution to these problems is rather easy and was posted some time back in the CC3+ forum by ProFantasy's own Ralf Schemmann, but the topic apparently is well buried now on the CC3+ forum and difficult to find. The empty toolbars appear in every case to be caused by installing old downloads of ProFantasy products after installing the latest CC3+ update (currently 13a). This can replace the current CC3+ menu configuration system with an older one that is obsolete. The cure is in one or two steps, depending upon where the problem is:

1) Run the current CC3+ update again, after installing everything. This will fix the empty toolbars for ProFantasy's own products.

2) If you own any or all of our four free add-ins, the problem still will not be fixed, because ProFantasy's configuration system does not take our toolbars into account. However, in (Data Folders)\Profantasy\CC3Plus you will find a file named menu_recovery.bat. If you run this file after running the latest CC3+ update, it also will reconstruct the Vintyri toolbars correctly.
