Hey everyone,
Looking on some advice to bring more detail to the map I have already started. The map is to be provided as a random encounter in me new mini D&D campaign. The smaller rectangles are the Mad King's Royal Guard burial tombstones, the larger one by the dead tree is the Mad King's tombstone, and the hexagons are stone pillars. The 'clouds' everywhere are bushes. I want to make the path in the middle look like a cobble path and make the vast blank areas look more "grassy". I am open to all advice!!!
At the beginning of the encounter there will be a necromancer raising dead. Characters will have to kill however many skeletons are raised and the necromancer. Once the map is clear of enemies, I will be passing off a sticky note to a character saying "You notice one of the stone pillars is shorter than the rest". If the pillars are pushed down in a certain sequence, a loot room will open below the King's tombstone. I rolled a d6 to determine the sequence already.
