    Map June/July Lite Challenge: Dreavien

This was done as both, a commission and an entry in the June/July Lite Challenge and was a ton of fun to work on, trying to figure out how to give a desert more features than just sand dunes.

I'm glad you put it in here, so I can still comment on it.
    This looks really really nice.

This map is expertly made, all the cliffs and details on the sand look beautiful, and the building in the center of the crater looks absolutely wonderful

Huh... I could've sworn I repped this already, but it seems I didn't!

The artwork here is excellent. The way you drew the the cliffs and the crater look just great. I love how the temple area is pretty much the only spot of green in the entire map - it paints a very clear picture of what kind of a world we're dealing with. I also really like the very subtle waves around the coastlines.

    Excellent work all around!

Oh, BTW, is there intentionally a comma in the textbox, after "... and clear water streams from an impossible well"?

Beautiful map! The crater is masterfully done. Maybe a little more blending between the crater and sand would have been nice.
I love the tiny details you put on there, it really adds a lot.
