Default Desert of desolation and Raurin desert

I am working on some maps for our RPG game. There will be maps from the "Desert of desolation" series and in and around the Raurin desert in Forgotten realm.

You have your drawing system down pretty well it seems, and beautifully done once again. Wish I felt that good about my drawing style, but I'm sure I'll get there someday.

Does the HEX grid represent a specific distance? If so, are these grid sizes standard? Your contrast to them and your map is very well done and subtle enought. Nice job.

Thanks! Every hex is 5 miles, Thats from the hexes in the original adventure. I have fitted the original adventure maps into the Forgotten realms maps.

Cool thats one of the few module books I have - or at least had as I am not sure where it is now. I recall the Temple of Amun-Re tho and some of the illustrations in that book were great. And secondly, how do you manage to chew out your maps so fast...
