[WIP] Map of Talamh for 3Brothers D&D 5E Campaign

Hi,

I've been working on a world map for my D&D 5E Campaign world of Talamh (pr. Tall-uhv), I'm hoping to set a number of campaigns in this world and use it as my de-facto campaign world for fantasy gaming in future so I'm trying to make a decent map to set that off.

This is what I originally had:

A couple of your members pointed out the problems with the rivers and gave me some great advice on correcting it, I've been looking at some of the photoshop tutorials and have now re-worked my map. There are still a few things that need correction though (there are a couple of lakes that show in one version and not the other for instance, plus I want to tweak the water on the colour version and fiddle with the terrain layouts a bit).
