Regional map of Laressa!

Heya! This is the second map I've made that I'm actually pleased with how it came out. I guess the only thing I don't like is that I did not make more rivers. However I (stupidly) forgot to check the settings in which I made my first river with, and could thus not make any more because I did not want to have inconsistencies. Also had no idea how to make lakes, I tried a few different things but they did not end up looking decent enough. Thoughts?

A nice map with good use of the preset brushes. To me it seems a bit cluttered, scattered... things here, things there, no main geographical features that really define the map (to me). It's hard to get a scale of the map with the preset brushes? How big is this region?
