So, starting another project, I want to make it rather ornamental. This time it's for my flatmate's RPG game; the world is flat so there is no map projection. I'm still battling myself about the idea of making it in perspective - but I think I will forego it and make it just isometric.
I'm not very happy about the lettering but I guess I will never be happy about it so I guess I should let it be as it is. This is just too small.

Also, do you have any real-world examples of regional maps drawn in perspective?

Oh this is so promising, the bordering is fantastic so far.

Honestly bud, the lettering is perfect, I don't see what you have to be upset about with it.

At a loss for examples of regional maps of real-world places. "In perspective" is a rather broad stroke though, not sure that I know what angle of perspective you are referring to.

It took me forever to actually start the map, but finally there's something on it!

That's gorgeous. And I actually really love how you've done the hills.
