Fantasy world map needed for Novel

Hello.

I am working on an epic and I need some assistance with developing the world. I hope you can help me with the map. I will have a lot of requirements as the world map will require regional maps and in time different ages will need maps.

Also I hope you can work with layers. I will provide detailed information of ideas for each, but the points will give you an idea.

Layers/stages;

1) I need the basic world map, shape, land and water
2) Earth Sun, the sun is not in the sky but it’s in the earth so I need to illustrate this on the map
3) Terrains across the map
4) Temple locations around the map that are in a grid format
5) Different races territories
6) Different animal territories
7) Then we can develop cities and Infrastructure per age maybe 5-10 ages
Then of course each story will need its own zoomed in map

So the layer’s approach will help build this, I envision using a 3D modeler in the future to work from you specs so I hope you know cartography so the map is scaled and measured in a mathematical way that will assist with this in the future. World Machine seems like a nice piece of software. Also if you can design cities and the like that would be great.

I would particularly like to know how long it will take armies to march from certain key places. If not, then someone else can adapt it with cartography and you can be the creative. I have no deadline soon for points 3-8 but I need the first two so I can start heading in a certain direction. I have many possibilities regarding the sun and how to present it and how that affects the various story lines.

Let me know your costs, I have no budget and I am doing this out of passion, I hope it doesn’t put you off since you can work on the project part time for months and I can pay in advance or a deposit, escrow payment would be best to provide security for us both.

We can sign NDA, since I think my ideas are unique. I would also like the copy writes. Since I need to map to work on the concepts as a world builder the details of the books like descriptions of someone walking into a room aren't as exciting as the history of a race or city we can start simple and make it more complex, some styles I like are as follows;
