Help Feedback on my first map thus far

So, I recently decided that I would attempt to draw my own world map after watching Artifexian. I've been lurking around here for a while and found a tutorial by or from Eriond. I liked the style and decided to do an attempt.

These are the results so far. I am looking for feedback as I am still working on it.

So, after a bit of discussion. Someone told me that the mountain range in the middle would be more like a plateau, similar to the Himalayas. So I have begun working on that example but the best I could come up with is this.

First of all, these maps are great! I like the time spent in getting the plate tectonics worked out.

In the second map (the green one), is that a continental shelf around the continent? If so, it seems to me be a bit to round, even if the edges are more naturalistic, although that may be a matter of personal taste. May you could try to match the shoe to your plate techtonics.

Keep up the good work, with the amount of care you've taken so far I'm excited to see where this might go.

Because of a screw up I can't undo, I have to restart from the beginning, but I am seeing how I can do a few things more easier and the fact that my mountains are more like the Himalayas, I think I have a better idea.

I look forward to seeing what you come up with! Your first map is (was?) very promising.
