Eoruthan: My current post-apocalyptic fantasy setting

So, this is my current project: the continent of Eoruthan, the only surviving continent in the world after the rest of reality was decomposed by an apocalyptic event known as The Shattering. Though Eoruthan was the site of The Shattering, it was saved from complete destruction by the efforts of the Seven Heroes, each an unparalleled expert in their own system of magic, though it was not left unscathed, with many systems of magic wiped out entirely, rents in reality reading to unpredictable geography like the Timbersea, and the corruption of the ambient magic into something far wilder and more dangerous than ever before.
