    Default Blaidd's Mapvember 2017

Right! All the inktober drawings I've seen here the past month have convinced me to give Mapvember a go, although I am still sort of dreading the challenge.
I started a day late, so I'm already a bit behind (I won't be able to finish the third one today). I am truly the King of Time Management and Planning

    #1 - Goblin
Rather than a map of a goblin camp like I wanted to do first, I decided to do a map made by goblins. This was kind of weird, since that meant not trying too hard to draw something pretty. I'm sure that the "not pretty" part worked out, but I might have given the paper itself a bit more attention. This one didn't take long to do, most of the time went into writing the letter with my left hand XD

    #2 - Bandit
This is a bandit lair in an abandoned quarry. This one definitely took me longer than I wanted it to. I enjoyed it so much I got a bit carried away

I really love that you participate to that event. More Blaidd maps !!!!! And the second one shows a sense of composition that I envy.

Awesome, I love monster-made maps. I hear you about getting carried away: for me that's both the crux and reward of this crazy challenge. Conceive of and execute a map that is appropriate to the short amount of time available. Keep 'em coming!

    cheers,

Haha, yes, I saw these on insagram earlier and the goblin map made me chuckle. best of luck with the rest of the challenge! I'm not doing the whole mapvember challenge this time as I have another project I've decided to accomplish this month, but I'll try to get a few maps out as well. Glad you're going for it though! Look forward to seeing what else you do.

    Thanks people! ^_^

    Day 3 - Cultist
First time I did a map with a brush (only a little pen here and there). It was tricky, but fun, and I'm quite happy with how it turned out. Definitely better than I expected

A BRUSH! Like, a thing you dip in ink, and then paint on the paper with? This looks amazing, seriously. Great work.

    Cheers,
