Post New map on concept art needs a bit of love

Just saw this post on ConceptArt:

    http://www.conceptart.org/forums/sho...d.php?t=167227

It got a bit savaged by the first couple of posters for what is really a very competent map. Definitely worth checking out.

I liked it. Get the guy to start posting here so he can get some helpful criticisms other than "it doesn't talk to us" and "boring"
(and then I can give it some rep! lol)

There's some real douchebags there, to be honest. I used to post there and got sick of getting nothing but grief no matter what I posted. There's just no pleasing some people, I guess.

I agree, I thought it was quite good.

Maybe they poo-poo'd it so much because it wasn't 'artsy' enough?

    Post Well...

Well, I couldn't just let them beat him up, could I?

He even suggested it was one of his first pro maps, I'd hate to see him change because of negative comments from a couple posters. He needed someone on his side - and if he's willing, he's got the whole CG on his side!
