Link Ramsey Dow's Maps at Sickly Purple Death Ray.....

Came across the maps of a cartographer by the name of Ramsey Dow at his blog titled Sickly Purple Death Ray: http://sicklypurpledeathray.blogspot...rch/label/maps

Mr. Dow has created maps for Rob J. Kuntz's Pied Piper Publishing and it shows in the "oldschool" flair of many of his maps. Although I have little doubt that he's using software for the drafting and publishing of his maps, their handdrawn feel and grid paper look bring back pleasant (and not so pleasant) memories of adventures gone by. (Take a look at the Tomb of Yekelil, the Lost Underground Galleries, or the Dismal Catacombs at the link above.) He also seems quite skilled in drawing evocative location maps that are better suited as part of a larger dungeon or adventure. (Take a look at the Hall of Fiery Death, Secrets, Temple of the Rat God, or Chamber of Slime Maps.)

Mr. Dow has released two sets of six levels each that can be used separately or as part of a megadungeon at http://www.nobleknight.com/ViewProdu..._A_GenreID_E_0 The only problem is that the sets seem to be sold only in physical softbound format, no pdfs appear to be available. I hope Mr. Dow releases more sets of his maps and makes them available electronically.
