Nice. It's funny the questions you get asked by people who are totally unfamiliar with something. In your head you are thinking "what the heck, could it be any simpler?" but you just go ahead and explain it. Hehe, this reminds me of the eye-dee-ten-tee error which is so much fun to use. If you never heard of the eye-dee-ten-tee error, say it out loud and write the letter or number down as you are saying it, then look at what you have written.

My opinion is skewed from working in customer support/tech support myself. People are dumb asses. When you have to explain what a wall outlet/power source is, you have issues. I can't count the stupidity I hear on the calls.
