What? Of course it's a battle being depicted. Over six billion people died before the first frame, and the last frame shows entire worlds at stake in a contest of galactic proportions. Sounds like a battle to me. And it's got map content - in several places. Worlds of map content.

Yes, a bit better. Put the "You're on Eliot" line between the last 2 pics, that would make the last image more clearly his battle plan.
