Riverland Region map (WIP)
I'm as good as finished with my tests (started about two-three years ago) and make a bigger map to try everything out and hopefully settle a workflow. I work mainly with lots of layer styles and custom brushes - this way I can work fast and can change whatever I want whenever I want.

Working on the colors and changed the town markers. This is a cut-out from the central part of the map to show it in better resolution.

I especially like the colors in your second post. I alway seem to have the problem, that my maps get too dark the more I work on them ...

I try to make my maps a little bit brighter so that they look better when printed.
