    Default Fantasy languages

Hello everyone. First, let me start by saying that I hope this is in the right section.

I was wondering if anyone has ever come across any tutorials/helpful material(s) that might aid in the creation of a fantasy language? Obviously I'm no Tolkien, but everything I've found has made absolutely no sense to me what so ever.
    Thanks for reading.

Editing with a few more details:
I've decided to base my language heavily on Swedish. I've tried changing some words and lettering around, but nothing seems to be clicking.

these are both about the rules of languages in Tolkien, there are also various articles in Tolkien studies,

Esperanto may also be worth looking at.

The Language Construction Kit might well have more information about making a language than you will need. Nonetheless, it is an amazing resource.
