Nice map! I like the shapes of the land.
Not sure i care for the dot-ed sea...it's very distracting. And it looks...strange in zoomed-in mode. Dots just do not convey water to me.

I concur with Eilathen : nice shape, not fan od dot-ed sea. Also some labels are overlapping and don't make some legible (for instance, castles(?) of Betho[...] and Ney[...]. The labels fonts are nice but overall the rushed drawing style don't really matche the clean and elegant style of the fonts imho.
The dots don't look that great "zoomed in", but they look fine from a bit further back, where I assume that they're supposed viewed from. And they help create the distinctive look to the map. I think they might look a little better with alternating rows offset so it wasn't such a "grid" pattern, but on the whole, I think they're keepers.
