Hi folks,
I was told by a pal to head over to this site and check out Ascension's maps. I've heard of Ascension style maps on other forums before, so I thought it a good idea. The guy seems to be missing, though. Any ideas where he is? I need him.

I googled "ascension style map" and came up with a few links for you:

I can't speak for him, but it's possible Ascension is still around. He's still a Community Leader in the guild. It appears that he hasn't posted in a while, but he may still be checking out posts in the forums.

"Hoary" is good. I once got a compliment from a dean for using "obviate." Let's all be sure to delve into the abyssal diction zones for our vocabulary.
You win!
You may now explore the cyclopean masonry filled with rugose cones....
You deserve at least partial credit for that one - "sessile benthic filter feeders" tend to be found in the abyssal zone.
Goodness. What a delightful conversation I have stumbled upon
I do hope Ascension returns, I'd like to ask him one or two* things about his maps.
