    Help Hello to you all!

    Hello!

I am Jan Gronvik, a Swede who is currently working together with some other guys to make a citybuilding computer game set in Roman times.

If sucessful, the game will be in the same genre as Caesar 3 and Caesar 4, if you remember them.

This is a project that we work with in our free time, so no money is involved.

I would like to know if anyone on this forum would be interested to develop the maps necessary for such a game?

If so, contact me on jan.gronvik@tele2.se

    Regards,

    Jan

    On the forum it says
'Just a reminder you will not have access to the Private Message system until you have made 5 posts in the forums.'

Does that mean that I have to post five posts before anyone reacts on what I write???

    Sincerely,

    Jan

HI Jan, Welcome to the Guild.

To prevent spammers we simply require you to post 5 times before you have access to the private message system.

People can see and respond to your posts, but can't send you a private message.

Easily fixed though, find a few maps from other posts, say something nice, and you will be up to 5 posts in no time.

It means no Private messages, but posts will still work.

There is a thread called Mapmaking Requests, you might want to post your question there. Just mark it as [Unpaid] per the instructions, and see if anyone replies there.

Oh, and by the way, Welcome!!

I am impressed by the high quality of maps on this website. Are you professional cartographers?
