Really impressed by the enormous talent displayed here.

I've always loved maps, maps of any kind. I'm sure my early influences were the Hobbit and Feiffer's map for "The Phantom Tollbooth." I used to play a lot of table top RPGs and after a long hiatus am starting a foray in the realms of adventure.

I started a new campaign two years ago and needed a map. I used Hexographer from Inkwell Ideas, which I liked because it was cheap and fast. I've decided now on a more ambitious approach.

Professionally I'm a production artist and graphic designer, with nearly two decades of experience with Photoshop, but I rarely use if for personal art. I was really inspired by the work here and am looking forward to showing some my maps soon.
