OK so I was surprised about how little information there was about the Tears of Selune from the Forgotten Realms setting...But here's my interpertation of it...
Interesting. I always thought that they stretched out from the moon like a trail of glittering diamonds...as if the moon had a sparkly tail.

From a distance they appear to do that but they arent actually that close...I was surprised too
