Sundered Earth World Map

I am planning a DnD campaign, and one of the main elements is a map in the center of a decrepit house. The world map is an earth that has undergone a huge cataclysmic event. North america has been ripped into two parts, east and west. An impossibly huge mountain that covers the landmass of a small country has erupted out of Europe. I don't really have anything in mind for Asia. And the whole southern hemisphere has been swallowed up, and replaced with two new continents, and a small, United Kingdom sized island. For color, I was looking at a stained yellow/brown, or something that would match a horror house theme, and I'd like to print it on A3 paper.

This request is marked unpaid, but if it's unreasonable to expect that, would it be possible to find out what the average range for this type of map would be? As I'm brand new here, I don't really know any of the going rates, and I'm reluctant to throw up a paid post unless I know I'm willing to commit to what would be expected.
