    Default Hand-drawn continent map

I made this continent map using photoshop and fantasy map brushes by StarRaven from Deviant art. Costorgriserold2.jpgmments and advice are always welcome.

Wow, this map looks really good! Everything seems natural to me(Although I am very new to mapmaking). Keep up the good work!

    Hello Farland,

This is a very nice map, congratulations!

My only comment, and I'm sure it's the way you intended, but the contrast between the tan background and the light grey content is not strong enough for me. If it were mine, I'd darken the grey to make it easier to read.

The layout of the map and the use of icons is great. You've done a really fine job here

Very nice work. I love the features. It all appears very natural to me.
I agree with chick on the contrast. The text gets a little lost. Maybe a couple shades darker or possibly a slight "glow" effect would help them stand out more.

Thanks for the comments. Yes, the light text was intentional. I tried it darker, but then it looked like it was overlayed on the map instead of being a part of it.
