Done enough, may go back and tweak but was just trying out freehand drawing, lots of work to do on my line work. Thanks for all who comment on development.RokuganWorld-02.jpg Some typos and revisions. Added dimension to forest.

A lovely map indeed, thanks for taking the thime to make this and sharing it!
Thanks for posting the Snodsy's Map topic, over at the Oriental Adventures forum at The Piazza. I'd have missed this awesome map, if you had not done that.

Beautiful work!
This is looking great. I love the icons at the bottom and the way they really finish the map off. Repped.

Fantastic work Snodsy! The shading on the Sky Towers is particularly nice, and I really dig the Leng Falls. Couple points of constructive criticism. First, the hills in the upper right (Merenae) do not seem to blend in with the land as well as the other terrain features. For instance, you can see where the cut off of the shadows are. In future pieces I'd recommend attempting to blend those in a bit more. Second, the light and contour work on this map seems a little inconsistent. I can tell that you've spent time on the mountains adding shadows and highlights but these seem absent from your forests, your docks and your hills. Overall though this turned out quite nicely.
Cheers,

That is a really cool map! I like the 3d-like aspects and the icons.

Thanks for the comments and constructive criticism, I really appreciate you guys taking the time to look at it. I know my line work needs lots of work, and I'll probably go back and do some of the shadow/highlight work that Arsheesh mentioned. I'll also work on the Title pane, its a little boring now.
