It's my first time introducing me on a forum, and in english, which is really a challenge. French is my birth langage, so excuse me for all my speacking mistakes.

I've been watching to this forum for a while, trying the different tutorial to improve my drawing, seeking among the thousands of maps a style which please me.
Remembering my first attempt to draw a fantasy map takes me back twenty years in time, while i was studying physics and astrophysics. The result wasn't so bad, according to my exigencies of that time. Seing those excellents maps displayed in some album of this website, i didn't dare to show them today.

All my maps are related to a fantasy world that i'm patiently, slowly and obsessively building during the last two decades, in the idea to write many fantasy stories. All projets that are, for the moment, in stand by, or buried somewhere in my brain.
Perhaps showing part of my works will encourage me to finish planning and prepare me to make a term to some project.

Sorry for your english ears, but the time when french was the international langage is past, and it's not a pity.

Once you have completed those two tutorials, you'll be well on your way to making more!!

Comme vous, ma langue première est le français. J'ai constaté que vous venez de Montpellier, je viens du Canada. J'habite à 6h au nord de Toronto dans une ville nommé Sudbury.

Comme tu vas bientôt le constater, il y a une grosse communauté francophone à Cartography's Guild. Le monde ici est très tolérant en ce qui concerne les erreurs de grammaire en anglais, car, après tout, ce qui compte aussi c'est la cartographie!

Comme toi, je suis nouveau ici. Je serai très intéressé à en savoir plus sur ton monde, puisque moi aussi, je suis après développer un monde de fantaisie ultra-complexe. Je suggère de faire un "Post" pour introduire ton univers au reste de la communauté. Le plus qu'ils en savent sur ton monde, le mieux qu'ils vont être capable de t'aider.
