Map The Old World from Warhammer

I've taken the classic Warhammer Old World map from Warhammer Quest, the classic boardgame from Games Workshop, and I've added some colour, pimped it out a bit and added the location of Mordheim, which wasn't included in the original map.

    Here's the original map:

    And here's the colored version:

    I hope you like it!

I think it's pretty neat, but I think the compass and the seamonsters have a different style than the rest of the map. It doesn't fit together. The border of the big map is all black and ink, while the border on the small "paper" map is fine and detailed.

Yes, you're right, the seamonsters are illustrations from Mark Gibbons and the compass is from Wayne England all of them done for a sea battles fantasy wargame called Man-O-War and made by Games Workshop back in the day. These artists have very noticeable and different styles, much darker in the case of Mark Gibbons. Besides, the original illustrations of the map where too small for my taste and for what I wanted to do and I wanted a different compass, so I had to grab new ones from scanned copies of the manual found on the internet, hence the visible difference in quality from the compass.

And regarding the border of the small paper map, I wanted to give the idea of another map, put on top of the other one, but now I see that you're right and it's too detailed in contrast with the blocky appearance of the other one. I won't change it though it was only a fun exercise to get back with the drawing tools.

I really appreciate the feedback, thanks a lot!
