    That looks really great Chick! I love the whirlpool in the centre and the border.

    I think this is the best map, overall, that I've seen from you. The elements of the map all work together really well.

    Nice map and good colors! You often have the right balance between water and lands that I find difficult to obtain, and this one is no exception.

    Thank you, Ilanthar! The truth is that I do that by eye, but deliberately. After I've outlined a coast, I lean way back from the computer and look at the map from a distance to see what looks natural, too empty, too crowded, etc, then I add or subtract islands, or select and move entire continents and islands as necessary until the balance looks right to me. Thank you for noticing
