    Map Fantasy Iceland

So, here is my fantasy version of Iceland. Coastline in based on a tourist map of Iceland. I used references for ships and in general was inspired by some old maps and also by great work here at the forum. I was trying to develop a visual style of the map, not so much the world itself (creating an interesting world would surely take much more time than actually drawing the map) I used names from Iceland, Finland etc. to make it a little bit more interesting
I hope you will like it.

some technical info: I was working in 12k resolution, used Manga Studio 5 on my Surface Pro 4 tablet.

    Beautiful map!
The mountains and the kraken are gorgeous.
It's quite strange to see so much forest and fortress in Iceland ! ^^

I like it. The various elements are really well drawn. Repped.
