Non-Artistic Newbie with a Love for Maps

Hi. I am new here. I am a fantasy writer, so I understandably have a love for fantasy-style maps. I also run Pathfinder games. I don't consider myself artistic in the sense of drawing. My hand-drawn maps are "meh" at best. More like basic scribbles than true maps. However, I can definitely appreciate a well-done map. I may also be looking for a partner or partners who could help me with maps for my books or games. I look forward to swooning over your ama-zaz-ing maps!!

Hey Galatea and welcome to the Guild.
If you have a style of map that suits you best, you can try to contact the map maker and they may be interested to work with you.
Just be aware that some do this as their job, so it may involve cost.
But we have lots of map makers of all levels, so you should be able to work something out.

Just signed on today. Hopefully i can get some of my work up on here soon. The stuff I have been working on is mainly for table-top gaming, but I love atmospheric and decorative maps too. I like drawing characters and creatures too, but signed up here to learn the ins and outs of making maps on commission.

Another person who hand-draws there work, welcome to the club! Can you describe your books and games in dev? I do hand drawn maps, but not for books.
