I'm just a guy who wanted to write a book (i'm still worldbuilding) and started by drawing a map. That introduced me to cartography, and I love it. I discovered PathFinders and am currently creating a homebrew campaign. I look forward to being able to get inspiration from y'all!

Hi Z, and welcome to the Guild! Head for the Tutorials area of the forums if you're looking for some help to get going, or just start a thread a share what you've got. If you need help with anything, just ask. I'll look forward to seeing some of your maps. There are a lot of gamers around here!

    Question Hand-drawn or software?

Right now, all of my maps are hand-drawn, is is OK to stick with that? I probably won't be entering any contests very soon, so I'm not very concerned with aesthetics.

Hey, you're not the only one
I stick to hand-drawn too, cuz I don't have enough computer access to do it any other way. At least I don't have to worry about figuring out how to get the software to do what comes easily by hand 1 City Hall.jpg

Of course! Hand-drawn maps are always welcome. Feel free to share what you have and we'll look forward to seeing them.
