    Map The village of Osuam

    #Mapvember Day 30 : #ascension
I am proud to have succeed this personal challenge, but I must admit that I am relieved that it’s finished ! 🙂
Anyway this month was very productive !! Thanks to Miska Fredman

I always lived in Osuam. It was a small friendly village. I lived in a small hut on the left bank of the river. I didn’t have all the comforts of an Inn, but at least I was at home, and anyway I couldn’t really afford better. I was only a simple girl of joy. Once a week we went to the temple to thank the Gods for being so merciful with us. But one day a strange preacher dressed in gray came to our village. He claimed to be there to resume the word of the Kwi. We had just to submit to their will, to thank us the god of the Kwi would offer us the ultimate gift: the ascension … The physical separation of the body and the spirit, to remain forever in the state of energy. Like many I didn’t believe in his lies. We tried to revolt, but the preacher stopped us effortlessly ! An intense blue light burst forth as he struck his stick on the ground. We were all imediately killed on the spot.

Excerpt from « Stories of Ghosts » by Geralt de Rive, member of the brotherhood of the strange.

I like it a lot, I dig the clean and clear artstyle, it's what most maps need. Thanks, good village/small town maps are hard to find!

I know why I use the mix of Microns and Uni Pins, I'm curious to hear about your experience with the two.

Pretty much all my maps are drawn by hand - ink on paper - and then scanned and contrast-enhanced

Hi Dyson, it clearly depends on what I have near my hands ... the uni pin are the first I bought .. I often feel more comfortable for the small details with the 0,05 Uni Pin rather than the 005 sakura ..

No overload of distracting details, clear lines and a nice style. I like it.
