    Map Eoslunea

    So I made a map?

I've been really swamped with school but I've been working on this on and off for a few months. I wanted to do something with a kind of 17-18th century vibe.

It's super small because the file size is too large and I haven't really figured out how to lower that beyond making things smaller?

I know I'm very late with this, but I'm catching up on older posts. Not sure why you haven't had any comments until now, but this is a very nice map. I will never get tired of antique style maps, and I think you've captured this style quite well. A couple of little points of feedback, based on my highly subjective personal taste... I'm not sure if repeating the compass rose throughout was quite necessary. It draws attention away from the other elements. I also feel the rhumb lines are a little dominant and might have been better if they were faded a little. The land shapes are good and I like the colours you've used.

About the file size, I see you've saved in PNG. Try saving in JPG and that should reduce the file size quite a bit.

Have some rep for a very pleasant map.

I also don't know why no one commented on this. I missed it, but it's a great map!
The mountains are very well done, and the complex rhumb lines are interesting.
You captured the antique style very well. Great job!

P.S. I think that file size is just good for viewing on the guild.

It's lovely, very nicely done. I'd say the colours are a little neon for an antique map, but given this is a fantasy world with it's own unique style, that's fine.
