Kingdom Map for a Novel

Hello all,

I am working on a low magic fantasy novel, and could use help creating the topographical features for my map as well as the borders for each region (think of each region from Westeros, like the North, the Vale, etc.). I have a general map of the entire kingdom, but i could use help building it up from here. Style isn't as important, though it would be nice to have the map look 3d where there are mountains.

I wasn't planning on selling anything, more for a fun project for myself for NaNoWriMo.
