Map The town of Deliverance [commission]

Here's another one from a set of maps I created for a client back in 2017.
It was for a campaign loosely called Deliverance for the Skybourne setting [from Drop Dead Studios].
Though Drop Dead was not the client.
The publication date was not certain, so I was told I could post them now rather than wait.
I will update with links when/if the game module goes to print. As of now, I have no link for the product.

The environment had a lot of airship travel and large desert regions.
This is one is sitting out in a vast desert of black sand.
The world was not like this when the town was formed, I don't think.
It has to do with what occurred in the Skybourne setting.
Something to do with plants changing and becoming monstrous flesh eaters I think.
The client didn't have me add labels so these are just some I added for a more finished look.

Looks great and I really like the subtle drawing of the temple. Not sure it's a place I'd want to live and navigate though. =P

I can imagine a lot of makeshift bridges spanning the rooftops because who's going to want to walk all the way around. The thieves would probably start it up and the everyday commoners would use them during the day. Anyway, a very nice looking map and I like the color palette as well. Great work!

Kind of swirling mantra designed city... cool ! I love the effect of contrast that emphasize on the city itself.
The temple is great, as is your way to do the domes.

I love what you did with the top there, the 50 miles thing. An excellent (and aesthetic) use of what would have just been empty space.
