    Default Verusa

This map was made for a D&D party. They requested the map done in an old style of mine, which is always nice to revisit.

As always, let me know your thoughts!

EDIT: And as requested, a detail of the compass and border

Heh, my first thought after I saw this was how the mountains were very StarRaven-esque, even though I could tell they were not actually made with the brushes. Then I took a look at the example of the older map, and it all made sense A really nice piece once again, keep 'em coming!

Nice one Daniël with a somewhat retro style. As I said over at DA, I'd love a closer look at the border and compass

A lovely one, Daniel ! I especially love the rhumb lines here, and I second Thomas about the border & compass !

Thanks! Glad I managed to pull of the mountains like that I'll definitely keep them coming!

    Hey Daniel,
I like how the map feels both modern and old. Old because of the setting, and the nice and subtle-but-not-too-subtle weathering you put on there. Modern in the design of the icons, lines and overall visual language.
    It works really well
