Strangur

Based on a height map of South Georgia this Strangur, an island in the northern part of the world I've been building.

Predominantly inhabited by humans and goliaths this island is home to a number of settlements on a land that provides little for it's people. Every spring the Jarls set sail in their long ships with the finest warriors of Strangur in search of gold to pay off the white dragon that rules the island. Historically the Jarls have been raiders but increasingly these days they take mercenary contracts.

Well the illustration is perfectly adequate, but as anything else, the more hours you log practicing your craft the more polished and refined it will be.
