    Default Forest campsite encounter map

    Hey all!

Here's a small encounter map I made, hope you like it.

As always, looking for feedback. How would you improve this? What to change or what to keep?

    Thanks in advance,

I'd actually have a fire going... and maybe some leaves on the ground.. unless it's a conifer forest, but those trees don't look like evergreens. And maybe a game trail or something... but it looks great!

    she comes with no form
    yet tranquility proceeds
    the accursed storm...

Those are some fire conscious campers! I know my group has never make a ring of rocks for our fires... Luckily the forest has never burnt down around us!

Looks really nice and very usable for most worlds. I do agree with Ladiestorm. The forest floor is a bit too 'clean' for most forests I know.

Nice looking piece. In regards to your request for constructive criticism, I would recommend breaking up the linework on your tree tops a bit. Right now the lines of the different layers of tree foliage are all connected by a single continuous line, which looks rather unnatural (in fact to my eye it looks rather like flat layers, or pancakes, stacked one on top of the other). Instead try drawing a bunch of smaller disconnected layers of foliage. My 2c.

    Cheers,
