    Default Erumith Island (WIP)

Hello all, hope your holidays were festive and fun.

Got a colored pencil set in my gift haul so wouldn't you know it, I got the itch to create a new map!

    ###Latest WIP###
    Erumith Island.jpg

"An island thought to be the remnants of a massive, ancient volcano off the coast of the Thaukovian Firwealds, Erumith is anything but hospitable. Many active volcanoes dot the island, the largest respectfully dubbed Mons Erumith, a terrible fissure of obsidian that threatens to erupt as a daily occurrence. Few make the trip, but when trader and commoner alike need to dock, they do so at Port Grigori, the one and only coastal town of any mention on the Blasted Isle. -The Scribbler, 87th of Spring, 4E 1184-"

This map really started just to test out a new style of paper, and was really meant to be a quick one off, but as you can tell, that didn't happen. I really liked the landmass after I finished it, with the land features really sealing the deal for me to make it official cannon for my world. I don't have a whole lot thought up for it quite yet, but I know I want there to be dragon squabbles over territory, I'll add more to the lore as I get on with creating the title and finishing the bordering.

    What do you think Guild?

Absolutely love it! The style fits very well with the mayan glyphs imo and the mountains, hills and volcanoes are especially cool...eh...hot ...whatever

Hey thanks Abu! Tried a different color choice for the mountains this time around, usually I just pen them in black. I'm glad you like it!

    PS Thanks for the rep!
