Advice needed - Trying to improve my world map of Xhoria

Hi all! It's been a year or so since I made this map, and I find myself looking at it more and being a bit discontent with it. My plan is to recreate it, making it more realistic and interesting as a fantasy world by improving the landmasses and looking more into climates and such.

This is the map from a year ago, I generally like some of the continents on here, but some make less sense to me the more i look at it. The poles also aren't really right and it definitely needs some improving

This is a recreation of the tectonic plates in GPlates, made a couple of changes to some of them and added a few smaller ones in a couple of places.

These are the North and South Poles, respectively. (Because rectangular projection squishes y'know)

I'd love to hear what you guys think about this map and what should change or be added/removed. I'm open to any suggestions!
(Sidenote: I'm prepared to make major changes to the map if needed, it's not like I want to keep the shapes like that.)
