Default Donations and Support now handled by built-in payments system. Check it out.

So, I've gotten rid of the old Paypal donation system because it required so much manual intervention and didn't really allow us the level of flexibility I would have liked. I'm not getting rid of the donation system, or the use of Paypal, just the way it's handled in the forum software.

I've created several new one-time donation options (5, 10, 20) that will give you the Donor tag on your profile.
5 dollars: Flair for one month
10 dollars: Flair for two months
20 dollars: Flair for three months

The already existing subscriptions are still in place but have been expanded slightly.
    Sponsor:
90 dollars for a year renewing annually
8 dollars for a month, renewing monthly
or the new option: 90 dollars for a year, non renewing

    Supporter:
30 dollars for a year renewing annually
3 dollars for a month, renewing monthly
or the new option: 30 dollars for a year, non renewing

I still need to tweak these, and would welcome any feedback or suggestions from you all. I want to be fair, and the guild depends on your support to pay for the cost of maintaining the server and the software.

Now for the bad news: I had to redesign the donation goal bar...it only reflects donations made through the system, even though I've manually added the most recent applicable donations to the Donor group. The month of July should show 15 dollars more than what is currently listed as the current donated amount. I'll put together a list of benefits for signing up later. Thanks so much for your continued support!!!

Thanks, it sounded like it was quite a bit of work. I know working with Paypal can be a headache, I used to work with them.

So far I've been fairly lucky working with them. They've only frozen my account once. I don't keep money in there for long though. I transfer it to the bank and that's where hosting charges get billed to automatically.
