Very cool map, especially the border with is awesome.
My one comment would be that some of the names are a little hard to read, a different colour might work better there.
Hi Folks,
It's been a long time since I post here...
Well, this summer, I draw this map.
It's the world of Cerilia, a campaign setting created in 1995 for AD&D2, in wich players could play the nobles of their realms.
I really loved this low fantasy setting (a mood of Song of Fire & Ice).
So big to post, I decided to reduced 50% and, after, to cut the original in four, plus the center.
Enjoy...
C&C welcome.

I concur with QED42. Looks great except the text is so low contrast that I didn't see it at first. How did you do the border?
It is always gratifying to see some love for good old Birthright.
The map looks great, and the border decorations are fantastic!
As others have mentioned, a bit more contrats on the names would help them pop out. Other than that, very nice work!
Hail Morkhdull,
Nice, no... impressive work on the terrain and making it more topographical than iconic like the original poster map was. Good to see the original poster map border and logo as a nod back to the original campaign poster map. I have to concur with the others in that the text is rather faint, not terrible at full size, but in smaller form almost invisible to me. I think the seas and oceans could use another shade of blue to make them feel right, but the contrast of plains, forest and desert is good. Distinguishing between plains, savanna, fields, and desert is difficult... though I can see some overlay for dunes in central Basarji when at full size which is helping distinguish it from plains.
I mapped Anuire out in the Salderan style myself once, I think I still have that somewhere... but it isn't as good as your continental scale map here.
I still run the Birthright setting as my campaign setting of choice, and have become quite familiar with the maps and locales of the setting in the 20 years since its release.
Best wishes, niekell.
Do not stare too long into the Abyss, lest the Abyss stare back into you.
Thanks for all the comments.
Actually, the border came from a poster map edited in the box.
So, I've no merit.
The main purpose was to see the valleys and give a feeling of relief and realism to the land the original map didn't show.
Perhaps, on the future, I'll draww the provinces
So, I'll darken the name.
See you soon, folks...

A beautiful map !
I agree on the text, it could be a bit more readable. I particularly like the relief work. The mountains have a good 'pop' about them.
Excellent work!

As a long-time Birthright fan and player, this is truly a nice piece of work.
The border is just perfect as well.
