Map Fungi Alley [Neyjour dungeon 01]

    I couldn't resist such a great project.

Base floor texture and walls are done. Now to fill it with glowing shrooms, and maybe a few other things/details.

Just starting out with something small-ish and simple, since I'm so rusty. It's been 16 months since my last completed map...

Great tunnels! Nice to see you mapping again, Welcome Back!

I just used your Enigma Room map in my game last night. The riddle of the runes in the floor drove them crazy.

Changed the wall colour, and started adding mushrooms. Lots more to go...

    Totally excellent lighting effects!

Fungi are beautiful, but I think I might think twice before going through there! LOL!

So glad you're back - *hugs*

    ScottDA - Thanks very much!

Mouse - Thanks! The lighting/glow is a bit roughly-done at the moment (I just wanted to get a general idea of what it would look like), but I'm glad you like it! If the mushrooms themselves are some type of hazard, I'm wondering if the density is a bit of overkill (for actual playability). Or maybe they're benign, and the hazard could be some type of vines or tentacles that grow/hide only in the larger clusters. Hmmm...

Mark Oliva - Thank you! I had to step away from everything art-related for a long time (due to RL issues), but it's so nice to finally be back. And really great having this project as inspiration to start mapping again.

This is great. I love the dark, foreboding atmosphere and the contrast with the glowing mushrooms.
