    Here ya go, enjoy. Here's what I did in Photoshop, not all that hard really (took about 5 minutes):
    1. Copy the layer. Image - adjustments - desaturate (turns it into grayscale).
    2. Image - adjustments - brightness/contrast (set both to 100).
    3. Look for holes in the lines and plug them up with a 1-pixel pencil.
    4. Fill landmasses with black.
    5. Copy this layer then Filter - pixellate - crystallize = 6, then Filter - pixellate - crystallize = 3.
    6. Image - adjustments - brightness/contrast (up the contrast to 100).
    7. Select - color range = black with a fuzziness of 200.
    8. Select - modify - contract = 2 pixels.
    9. Create a new layer and fill with white.
    10. Flatten image.
