Hi there,

There is some really beautiful work on here - very insipring! I don't spend that much time drawing at the moment but have joined up in the hope of keeping some inspirational work on my radar, if that makes sense.

I found the guild via a link in one of the map assets in the roll20 library (http://roll20.com). Then I saw this: Cartographers' Guild - City of Galastan by Blaidd Drwg and a few others and was really impressed.

My fulltime job is as a web developer (front-end stuff - HTML5, CSS3, Javascript and a bit of backend work with Wordpress, PHP and JSP). I draw as a hobby and hope to retire from web development one day and spend more time on architectual and cartographic drawings (is that a real term?). Another hobby I maintain is table-top RPGs (D&D and Pathfinder). I run a world in Pathfinder for some close friends and draw maps and views for them.

Although not really cartography related I have some drawings online here: Monkeyzbox ? Positive vibrations. And if anyone is interested in my web career my personal site is Laurence Lord | Creative Developer and the project I work on is http://crowdshed.com

Thanks for having me and thanks for an excellent guild

Laurence Lord
